I believe that business — when aligned with purpose — can drive transformative change. Over the years, I’ve brought together major corporates and stakeholders to uncover investment opportunities in frontier markets and least developed countries where poverty runs deep and potential often goes unnoticed.

Through these engagements, I’ve seen firsthand the power of collaboration. By uniting businesses, financial institutions, and forward-thinking partners, I’ve worked to build systems that create meaningful impact — not just for profits, but for people and the planet. Along this journey, I’ve encountered remarkable innovations in technology, business models, and inclusive financing that prove solutions exist — if we are bold enough to act.

One of my recent milestones was facilitating a strategic MOU between Singapore’s flagship vocational institution and major stakeholders in Lao PDR. It reminded me that my most valuable contribution lies in forming practical, scalable business initiatives with large organizations — unlocking resources, leveraging capabilities, and aligning with industry drivers to strengthen local ecosystems.

I’ve become increasingly aware that I’m not alone. Many professionals around the world share a desire to use their skills, networks, and positions to uplift others. In conversations across sectors and borders, I’ve found a growing movement of people ready to engage — and it’s this collective spirit that inspires my work every day.

In many developing countries, informal businesses and economies dominate, yet they lack access to trade, capital, and the support needed to scale. This stifled growth leaves young people vulnerable — trapped in cycles of unemployment, social unrest, and forced migration into unsafe or illegal jobs abroad.

My mission is to help close the gap between developing and advanced economies. I believe in building bridges through skills development, responsible trade, and inclusive growth — so that even those born into harsh conditions can access dignified work and better living standards.

This is more than a career for me — it’s a calling. And I invite others who share this vision to join me in driving systemic change where it’s needed most.
